Hurling
From a young age, I very much enjoyed playing hurling. I have had many successes in the game which include winning the all Ireland in 2017 with GMIT Letterfrack, winning an Intermediate county final with Glenroe Gaa in 2019. Growing up, I was also lucky to be successful with many underage groups, including winning three U21 county Medals and a minor county final. I also love watching the game and have supported Limerick GAA my whole life and even committed to booking flights home from America to watch them win the all Ireland in 2018.

Drama
I was delighted to have gained the experience in the dramatics society when I took part in producing the play 'it runs in the family'. I joined the very elite Hillside Players adults drama group in 2019/20. Drama was not a society I ever gave much thought to growing up. Still, having joined the group, I have truly enjoyed my experience. My involvement in Drama has developed diction, voice projection, organisation, social skills and time management.

Agriculture
From a young age, I have always had a great interest in all aspects of farming. I think it is an excellent way of becoming creative as there are so many opportunities on every farm for innovation. I have been heavily involved in tillage, dairy, beef and suckler farming over the years. I have went to visit many farms abroad and have even worked on a harvest in America for eight months. At home, we run a calf to beef suckler system which I find very enjoyable. I did an agriculture course in Pallaskenry and was awarded a distinction level 6 certificate. During my time here, I got involved in the design and manufacturing of farm implements and created a bale squeeze.
